The Result Guarantee

Waived, transferred, or refunded.

You pay NZ$9.99 for your full case review and dispute letter. If you send the dispute and the issuer says no, you don't pay — we refund the fee in full. No forms in triplicate, no arguing: tell us the outcome below and the refund goes back to your card.

What counts as a win

Your notice is waived, withdrawn or cancelled — or liability is transferred to the person who was actually driving. Either way the ticket stops being your problem, so the fee has done its job and isn't refundable.

What gets refunded

Any other decision. If you send the dispute and the issuer upholds the notice or otherwise declines it, the NZ$9.99 comes back in full — to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

The claim window

Claim within 90 days of your purchase, or within 30 days of the issuer's decision, whichever is later. Adjudicators typically decide in 2–6 weeks, so this covers slow ones comfortably.

What isn't covered

A dispute you never actually sent; a notice you paid instead of disputing (payment accepts liability and generally ends the matter); a document that reflects wrong details you gave us; and change of mind after delivery. Repeat claims across many notices may need the issuer's written decisions.

Claim your refund

Use the email address from your payment receipt so we can find the charge. You can also mark the outcome in your case tracker — either route works.

The fine print lives in our Terms. To be plain about what this is: a money-back guarantee on our document fee. We are not a law firm, this is not legal advice, and no outcome is ever guaranteed — the issuing authority alone decides your dispute. Nothing here limits your Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights.
